India Dispatches First Tranche of 20 Metric Ton Relief Supplies to Colombia After Earthquake
India has dispatched the first tranche of 20 Metric Ton relief supplies to Colombia for post-earthquake recovery, including medicines, medical equipment, temporary shelter, hygiene support and other essentials.
External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar said in a social media post that the assistance includes medicines and medical equipment, temporary shelter and hygiene support, and other essential items needed in the aftermath of the disaster.
Dr S Jaishankar noted that India stands in solidarity with the people of Colombia during these difficult times.
The dispatch of the first tranche of relief supplies marks India’s assistance to Colombia as recovery efforts continue following the earthquake, with essential medical, shelter, hygiene and other relief items being provided to support those affected.
